1. Age Requirement
NightVault is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By accessing this site or purchasing a subscription, you explicitly affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult content.
2. Service & Digital Access
NightVault provides access to private, curated Telegram content channels ("Vaults"). Subscription access is delivered via automated single-use Telegram invite links upon successful verification of cryptocurrency payments.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through NOWPayments using supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, USDT, etc.).
- Due to the immediate digital nature of channel invite links, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment on-chain confirmation is received and invite links are generated.
- Users are responsible for ensuring correct network fees and transfer details when making cryptocurrency transactions.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Rules
All digital drops, images, and videos provided within NightVault channels are for your personal, non-commercial viewing only. Re-distributing, scraping, screen-recording, or publishing NightVault media without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent expulsion without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
NightVault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any third-party downtime (such as Telegram or NOWPayments network disruptions).
6. Contact & Support
If you experience any issues accessing your channel or verifying your order, contact support at support@nightvault.fun with your Order ID.
